Once we have connected, your dedicated search team will partner with you through an intake meeting to construct an in-depth profile of the role requirements. This includes key responsibilities, critical skills, education, and company/team culture. This profile will enable us to identify effectively and efficiently recruit, screen, vet, present, and place candidates.


Our retained search process includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dedicated Search Team: Your dedicated search team is established, based on the agreed-upon resources.
  • Thorough Interviews: Interviews are conducted face-to-face, virtually, or over the phone.
  • Assessment of Fit: Each candidate’s skills and cultural fit are evaluated relative to the profile generated from our intake meeting.
  • Career Progression Review: The SRI team analyzes the candidate’s career trajectory.
  • Compensation Analysis: The dedicated search team works to understand the candidate’s current and expected compensation package (e.g., base salary, bonus, equity) and potential changes (e.g., timing of bonuses and payouts, potential payback of reimbursements for tuition, relocation, or bonuses).
  • Competing Opportunities: The SRI team develops awareness of any active competing opportunities for the candidate.

We will present 3-5 candidates matching the role’s profile in 3 weeks. The candidate presentation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Resume: Detailed candidate resume.
  • Fit and Career Summary: Overview of the candidate’s fit, career progression, and expected compensation package.
  • Availability: Candidate’s availability for interviews and start date.
  • References: Provided upon request.

The debrief includes:

  • Interest Level Summary: A detailed summary of the candidate’s interest level, including specific examples and concerns (e.g., components of the role, culture, career path).
  • Compensation and Start Date Confirmation: Verification of the candidate’s compensation expectations and potential start date.
  • Career Search Status: Update the candidate’s career search status.
