1970: Systems Research Incorporated was established in Elmwood Park, IL to revolutionize talent search and placement, prioritizing professionalism and personalization while fostering a rewarding workplace culture.
1978: SRI moved its base of operations to Franklin Park, IL.
1988: With a growing team, SRI moved to our first office at 1051 Perimeter Drive in Schaumburg, IL.
1994: We expanded our services with the incorporation of SRI Technologies, offering contract staffing and contract-to-hire solutions.
1998: In an exciting milestone for our company, we celebrated the groundbreaking for the building of a new headquarters for SRI and SRI Technologies in Schaumburg, IL.
1999: In July, our team officially moved into our new headquarters at 1250 Bank Drive in Schaumburg, IL.
Nov., 2000: In November, SRI unveiled its dedicated Life Science and Healthcare practice, specializing in global executive and mid-management searches within the realms of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare services, and emergency health technology solutions.
Dec., 2000: The following month, SRI opened its first office in Washington state. Our team members continue to help manufacturers and service organizations thrive across the greater Seattle area and the West Coast.
2004: SRI debuted its dedicated Aerospace practice, which focuses on identifying top talent to propel our clients' groundbreaking advancements within the industry. In the same year, SRI's Private Equity practice was launched to connect high-caliber talent with portfolio companies owned by leading private equity firms.
2017: In April, SRI opened its first office in Arizona in response to the growing economy in the Southwest.
2020: Systems Research Incorporated celebrated 50 years as a trusted full-service search firm, specializing in various industries and disciplines, providing fulfilling careers for our employees. In July, SRI's first office in North Carolina was opened to accommodate for the growing life science and healthcare workforce in the Research Triangle area and the East coast.
