Retained search — For our retained searches, we assign one search consultant to work directly with a client — from first contact with SRI to successful placement. This allows for a tight feedback loop and greater sense of accountability.
Our retained search begins with a thorough needs and culture analysis. The SRI executive search team then conducts extensive industry research and talent identification. This is followed by in-depth interviewing, based on information gathered from our client needs and culture analysis. Our search consultant plays a key role in the talent selection process, by further vetting potential candidates prior to presentation. Throughout the process, we provide search updates and feedback to the client to ensure they are seeing the best talent available. Reference checking, as well as salary and compensation negotiations, are part of our standard follow-up procedures.
When conducting searches for key executives, many clients opt to retain SRI to coordinate every aspect of the search. We guarantee these clients the full dedication of resources from our committed, experienced professionals to ensure a cost-effective and successful process.
Contingent placement — Proactively conducting direct hire searches on a contingent basis has made SRI what it is today. By assessing the market and delivering superior talent to our clients, we have established ourselves as a premiere search firm. As your partner, we search for talent at a variety of experience levels, from a staff professional to a senior manager leading a team. In contingent searches, payment is due only when clients hire a candidate we represent.
In many ways, our contingent placement resembles the level of service one might expect from a retained search. Our recruiters take the time to gather a thorough understanding of the client and their needs, before initiating a search for talent. A detailed interview is conducted, face-to-face whenever possible, to determine whether the candidate should be presented. We work closely with the client throughout the candidate selection and interview process, to ensure that we target the best talent, and quickly. Our recruiters assist the client in salary negotiation and presentation of an offer, perform reference and background checks and follow up with both the client and the candidate to ensure a successful onboarding once the candidate is selected.
Contract staffing — SRI provides professional contractors in 45 U.S. states, as well as globally, for start-ups through Fortune 100 corporations. Clients partner with SRI to locate talent for short- and long-term projects or on a contract-to-hire basis.
