Professional Contract Staffing Practice
We are seeking dynamic Sales and Account Managers to join our Professional Contract Staffing Practice.
As part of a team, the successful candidate will exclusively sell contract staffing solutions to manufacturing and service businesses throughout the U.S.
- Lead business development initiatives, secure job orders and manage client relationships
- Source, recruit and qualify prospective contractors
- Interview and vet contractors to ensure match, fit and compatibility
- Present contractors to clients providing a summary outlining their candidacy
- Provide guidance and facilitate the negotiation process
- 1-5 years of experience
- Inside or Outside sales experience
- Passion for sales and account management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid desktop research, computer and organizational skills.
