Contingent and Retained Search Practice

We are currently seeking Sales and Account Managers to actively engage in all facets of our business.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop business by partnering with companies to provide SRI’s search and staffing solutions.
  • Lead and execute SRI’s sales and search strategy; identify organizational and industry needs, engage appropriate resources and stay current with industry and market trends.
  • Network and establish professional relationships, identify talent, obtain credentials and determine candidacy.
  • Interview and evaluate competencies, background, and skills in order to determine a candidate’s match, fit and compatibility.
  • Provide guidance and facilitate negotiations
  • Drive searches to completion ensuring the best candidates are introduced, hired and successfully on-boarded to clients


  • BS
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Inside or Outside sales experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid desktop research, computer and organizational skills.
