Retained Search and Contingent Placement.  We provide searches through contingency or retained arrangements with our clients. In both instances, the employer pays the search fee. In a contingency contract, the hiring company may be working with two or more search firms, although based on our reputation and proven track record, many times we are granted exclusivity with contingent searches. In a retained arrangement, generally reserved for very specialized or high-level positions, we are the only firm conducting the search. Whether the search is retained or contingent, we are only successful when you are placed into the role you desire.
