About Us
Our history. Systems Research Incorporated was established in 1970, with the objectives of creating a more professional and personalized approach to talent search and placement, and becoming an incredibly rewarding workplace for our employees. Today, we continually strive to always honor those objectives. More than 50 years later, Systems Research Incorporated remains a full-service search firm, managing searches for our clients in a variety of industries across a broad number of disciplines, where our employees enjoy extremely rewarding careers and workplace.
In 1994, we incorporated SRI Technologies to provide contract staffing and contract-to-hire solutions. Today, with great success, we partner with exceptional clients and contract employees nationwide. Our contractors serve a wide range of industries within small, mid-sized businesses, and large corporations.
Our philosophy. Speed and accuracy are key components to our success, but that isn’t the whole story. We help clients translate their talent pursuits into strategic gains and realize positive bottom-line results. We facilitate partnerships between candidates and our clients, which pays off in our clients’ successes and our candidates’ career goals.
Our people. For over 50 years, we have attracted a team of passionate people, working together for a shared cause. Extremely talented and committed employees are the reason our mission has stayed intact as we continue to grow.
